Villa Mamay was aptly named. The color we used to paint the interior walls is the color of the Mamay fruit. The color has a tropical warmth that goes with its lighting. The low voltage halogen accent lights bring out the warmth of Villa Mamay and work well with this most boutique of Cozumel Resorts. The soothing tropical surroundings will add a distinctive Mexican flavor to the memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. We have had many groups over the year and we here this comment most often.
Villa Mamay has two levels. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. You can sleep four comfortably. The first floor features a sunken living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath. No expense was spared in terms of finishes. From hand painted tiles to antique fixtures; we designed Villa Mamay with the discriminating traveler in mind. "Luxury without the price tag" is our motto! The cost of renting at Casa Colonial when compared to a generic hotel is substantially less for the same high level of amenities you would come to expect from world class accommodations.
